Fall Leadership Conference

2023 Fall Leadership Conference (FLC)

Each region will host a Fall Leadership Conference (formerly known as Chapter Jump Start) in the fall of 2023.

Attendees: Advisors, Chapter Officers, Chapter Leaders, Regional Officer Candidates (max 10 attendees plus max 3 regional officer candidates, includes 3 voting delegates per chapter)

Registration Fee: $20 per attendee

Registration Deadline: September 11, 2023

This conference is for chapter officers/leadership to learn leadership techniques to use in their own chapters. Regional Officers will also be elected at this conference. Candidates will give their campaign speeches to the attending delegates and voting will take place in person. Each chapter is allowed to register a max of 10 students to attend. This number includes your 3 allotted voting delegates per chapter. You may also register up to 3 regional officer candidates. Lunch is included.

Dress code for FLC 2023-2024 will consist of school HOSA t-shirt, polo, or dress shirt with professional bottoms of modest length (no holes, no jeans) and closed toe shoes. Regional Officer Candidates will wear their HOSA suit for their speeches and installation but may change clothes, if desired, during the activities.

Conference Participation Forms: All attendees will need to complete the conference participation forms. The advisor should make a copy of the forms to turn in upon arrival and keep the originals with them.
